Funny how life does so many turns we never see coming.
We make plans and visualize how our life should look or be in a certain way, and meanwhile life laughs at us for making plans on something we figure out how to deal with everyday.
We want to always be in control of everything, all the time.
I am a victim this too!
We all are or have been.
We love having things made in a specific way, with a specific shape, form, color, technique, call it however you like best.
We don’t let loose!
This. Creates an amount of problems and contradictions in our life, that you don’t even IMAGINE!
When we try to control, we don’t let flow.
Limiting believes come to play here.
‘I’m not good enough’ – for who? According to which principles??
‘I can’t do this’ – well you basically give up. For failing once, you decide you can’t.
‘I don’t understand’ – well, what have you done to try and understand? Are you meant to understand?
‘I can’t’ ‘I won’t’ ‘I shouldn’t’
SHUT THE F* UP!
And this sounds so aggressive, but men, thinking like this doesn’t take you ANY FRICKING WHERE!
Get on your feet.
Take action for your own life, and if you want to do something get your beautiful butt up and work on that.
Nothing happens by itself.
You want something to happen? Make it happen.
Our life is our responsibility – and this seems obvious but believe it or not we forget about this so much.
We are unaware, most of the time, on the amount of power we hold over our situations.
- Ok, just quick mention: there are times we are not meant to be somewhere, with someone, or do something. It is not meant for us, and you can just know it by analyzing, and not even that deeply, on how you feel doing whatever you are doing or how a situation is making you feel!
- Does it feel right to you?
- Are you happy?
- Do you get a sense of fulfillment doing that?
- If it is making you feel good, but isn’t giving you the results you wanted, remember why did you start. Maybe you have to be a bit patient on it. Give it time to grow and gain momentum. (I have problems with my patience too ‘:) so don’t worry, it is not easy for everyone).
- If it doesn’t make you feel good, but it’s giving you positive results in other areas, ‘:)))))))))), heheeh, hmmm… analyze if it is sustainable for the long term and if it is possible for you to gain another perspective over the situation.
- If it brings you nothing positive and make you feel like sh*t, what are you doing? leave.
Things are not meant to last.
In fact, not even you are meant to last a long time in this planet.
We humans are making this planet go in the verge of extinction, so not even the planet is supposed to last long – worse part is everyone is aware of this at this point but we care too much on money, power, status, consumerism, and patriarchy. Amazing. Humans have not learnt a single thing in the last centuries and it shows!
People change, places disappear, even you change and transform yourself.
You personality, tastes, ideas, relationships, believes, perspectives, everything.
Let me tell you this so you might even find some comfort on it (or not);
When we were still souls in the everything-nothing space, you were deciding which planet, dimension, and universe to arrive to. You started planing out your life in the human understanding and beyond (based on your karmic load, energetic vibrance, and mission as a soul)… and you chose your family, birthday, year to be born, country, situation, context, and even body.
YES! You chose your body! Everything you have been through and lived through, you chose it!
It sounds odd, but you did! Your soul did.
The only reason we are here in this planet, and chose to come here, is to explore ourselves in this version and dimension of time-space being, to express your soul, find your mission, accomplish it, heal your accumulated karma, and essentially become part of a big union – which we have broken a lot these days, but in general the human union in the physical, energetic, mental, etheric, spiritual, and bliss bodies.
We come here to transcend to the next level.

YOU ARE TEMPORARY.
WE ALL ARE A FRICKING SPECK OF DUST IN THE MIDDLE OF AN INFINITE UNIVERSE!
WE ARE NOT SO FRICKING IMPORTANT!
OUR PROBLEMS ARE NOT THE END OF THE WORLD – even though some feel like it, life goes on with or without your problems.
Earth keeps going around the Sun and the Moon keeps chasing the Sun.
I don’t mean to invalidate your life, not at all!
We all have valuable life and missions to accomplish.
Although, what I mean is, we take things waaaaaay too seriously sometimes.
The other day, I saw a TikTok about a girl talking just about this.
How we have created in our society a culture of attachment to things.
How we want things to last forever and ever and stay the way they are.
And this is just absolute bulls**t.
Nothing ever stays the same. No one stays for ever. Not even your parents !!! (TW – sorry for making it like this but its true).
We are made out of love and this is the base of energy for everything, but we have become so attached to everything and everyone and many times have stopped embracing and accepting change.
Our life is meant to change. In this or another moment.
We don’t come here to attach.
This is not the point.
We tend to say ‘MY feelings’ ‘MY idea’ ‘ MY MY MY MY MY’ nonstop.
Everything is mine and I and me and myself.
This isn’t easy to understand or adapt to the everyday lifestyle, but it is not impossible to implement – we just need lots of dedication, time, and effort to make it a part of our life – but all of this is ego talk.
Your body is not yours. I mean… you live with it everyday, yes. You are meant to take care of it, yes. But it is not yours. This is self talk. There is no self! This is just an idea we have created!
You are just having this body temporarily in this reality until it stops functioning and your souls/essence/spirit achieves the next life.
Your emotions and feelings is another things that is not yours. Thoughts think themselves. – this is a Buddhist believe which I think is very accurate and has it’s truth.
Your thoughts, are not yours. They come and they go. You can ‘attach’ to them too, but you can also detach from them.
Emotions you feel are not yours.
They are.
You feel them, but that does not mean you ‘own’ them.
We all feel sad in one way or another.
We all feel happy too.
We never own happiness.
We never own sadness.
This are just states.
Seeking for happiness is seeking for a temporary state of being.
You will not be happy for ever.
This is a desire we have as humans.
But it is not meant to work like this.
As humans, we ultimately seek to achieve Nirvana or Bliss – which both are similar but not the same.
And we wonder how?
Let me tell you, as ‘Why is Buddhism True’ by Robert Wright (<3!! Highly recommend it if this topic is of your interest), Nirvana can be achieved in different ways.
Kurt Cobain may have achieved nirvana. He got high asf and he may have achieved it. Would I recommend you doing this? Absolutely not.
He may have felt like this for 2-6 hours (?) and then things went to opposite way.
This is not sustainable neither recommendable!
It is not worth it, but it is the ‘easy way’ for many to achieve this type of states.
The other way is putting the energy and hard work into things, which many are not willing to do these days because ‘it’s too much work’ – limiting belief and no motivation – and sit up with the thoughts you have, let them be, observe them, spend time in silence, and overall lots and lots of time meditating.
This is the ultimate goal for people inside the buddhist world and spiritual seekers.
Working through oneself is one of the most rewarding things and beneficial in the long term to an incredibly big extent.
Part of achieving this is detaching ourselves.
From what?
Ourselves. The idea we have of ourselves. The idea we have on the external world. The belief system that does not fit our roots or mission. And overall, everything!
Detaching is something which we should work on achieving – to the best extent we can (even baby steps count) – because this is liberation.
Liberation from the self.
From ourselves!
This may be hard to understand if you are new to these concepts, but even if it is new to you, for some reason you know what I’m talking about don’t you?
This is not because ‘I know more than you’ or ‘understand more’.
Not at all.
You know this too.
Everything I know, you know.
All of the elemental information for this world, you and I know it.
It’s just you haven’t tapped into your higher power yet.
You haven’t begun to dive into all of this data within you.
You understand this. No one needs to explain it to you, because even if it is new, you know what I’m talking about because I’m talking about you, and YOU KNOW IT!
The more you dig, the more you become conscious about.
It is all inside your unconscious now.
Set it free if you wish to do so, whenever you feel like you should ;).
In short, we feel so important to what we really are.
We are control freaks for things we have no control on.
We feel like we have everything figured out always, and forget life has a plan for us.
Going in the wrong direction, does not mean failing in your mission 🙂
You can always, ALWAYS, redirect yourself towards what is meant for you.
Listen to yourself. Inside out, and also take some time to listen to the outside in order to understand yourself inside.
Life is an experience. The voyage. Enjoy it! Enjoy your self. Live it.
Life is not as serious I promise.
To be honest, life is too short to be taking on anyone’s bs.
Leave the toxic, embrace what makes you feel good.
Learn, grow, experience, and seek to understand your reason to be here!
